Yin & Yoga Nidra
- Rural Drive
The focus of this class, and sometimes the most challenging part is stillness - stillness within the body and within the mind. You will be guided through a series of static postures that you will hold for an extended period of time (3minutes minimum). It's about relaxing yourself as much as possible into the poses (often with the use of props) in order to work deeper into the body. To release your connective tissue, ligaments, tendons, bones and internal organs. No previous experience needed as all you need to do is make yourself as comfortable as possible. Recommended Props to bring: Bolster or Pillow Block(s) Blanket Strap
