Embodied Flow

Intermediate - Advanced

This vinyasa based practice allows you to fully tap into a state of flow. As you are guided through breath based rhythmic movements you will be given opportunities to add onto the sequence, or strip it back, making this the ultimate class in exploring your body and inner world. You will be supported through choices the entire time, but ultimately you will be choosing through an embodied state. Everything in this class is specifically designed to bring you to an embodied state, especially the music.

Alignment Flow

Beginners / All Levels

If you've never tried yoga before this is the perfect place to begin. There is a deeper focus on longer holds in order to discover and learn your unique sense of Alignment in the poses that construct the foundation of our other Flow classes. A space where there is zero judgement and no such thing as a silly question; this is your class to learn more about the anatomy involved so that you can move with awareness.

Even if you've been practising for years, you'll know how valuable these classes are to attend no matter where you are in your practice, which is why all levels are welcome.

Yin

All Levels

The focus of this class, and sometimes the most challenging part is stillness  - stillness within the body and within the mind. You will be guided through a series of static postures that you will hold for an extended period of time (3minutes minimum). It's about relaxing yourself as much as possible into the poses (often with the use of props) in order to work deeper into the body.

No previous experience needed as all you need to do is make yourself as comfortable as possible with the guidance of the teacher.

Yin & Yoga Nidra

All Levels

This class is the perfect way to prepare yourself for the week that is to come, and process the week that was. It adds an extra element to our Yin classes (read the description above to find out more about Yin).

Yoga Nidra also known as a yogic sleep is designed to leave you feeling calm, blissed out and completely relaxed. It's a form of guided meditation where you get to lay down, get as comfortable as possible and use your awareness to relieve any stress you may be feeling.

No previous experience needed as all you need to do is make yourself as comfortable as possible.
