Your Path to Alignment Begins Here
Our mission is to assist you in the process of unlocking your full potential and living a balanced life: where you feel aligned with your true self. We are here to offer you practices that will assist you on the journey to not only finding, but, more importantly, maintaining alignment within your life.
Our intention is to create a welcoming community space where you feel safe, supported and encouraged to explore yourself further through the practices and tools that we offer.
Our classes and services are designed to be inclusive, in every aspect possible. We will meet you where you are at and guide you. Offering modifications and options that will allow you to be present with how you feel in that exact moment.
Our name was created in recognition of the yogic goal of enlightenment; a state of transformation where the true nature of the self and life is uncovered. It is said that achieving enlightenment can take many lifetimes. For some, this can appear daunting or even discouraging. So, we believe that what we can focus on within this lifetime is a sense of Alignment; A re-calibration of our innate sense of balance and self.

If I haven’t yet had the pleasure of meeting, or teaching you before – Welcome and Hello!
Writing a bio in general, even a yoga bio can be such a tough thing – because how do you make the intangible tangible? What you’re probably looking for in this section is getting a feel for who I am as a person, as a teacher, my style, qualifications, experience and understanding if I am the right teacher or facilitator for you, your business, or event.
My journey has seen me traversing across many worlds and experiences that has culminated to give me a lived experience of these teachings and practices that I share. Rather than it being a text book, and yoga class only exposure: I have had to integrate and embody these teachings. Apply them to daily life, and have them as my foundation when life throws unexpected twists and turns.
I have lived and worked in an international yoga & meditation retreat centre in Cambodia, but I also was a part of the media industry for over 10 years and understand what chronically activated stress and anxiety in a corporate setting feels like. I have a deep passion for anatomy and understanding the mechanisms of human movement: and teaching in a way that honours each body’s uniqueness – as we are all beautifully different. The eastern roots of yoga and meditation are a foundation I deeply value – the science of these ancient practices and ways of understanding our layers of self are timeless and arguably needed now more than ever.
One of my favourite aspects of being a yoga teacher is that I am a devoted student for life. Continuing to learn different modalities, evidence-based practices, ancient traditions, inspiring philosophy, and weaving them together to create a space where you can explore yourself and recalibrate to your innate sense of alignment. My style has been described as calming, grounding and supportive whilst also inviting curiosity and playfulness – creating a safe space to connect with and listen to your inner teacher.

If you are someone who needs a few numbers - I have been formally teaching for 8 years. This translates into hundreds of hours of public classes, being a speaker and facilitator at many events, running corporate programs and wellness seminars, teaching all ages and stages from kids yoga to chair yoga. Completed (and integrated) over 10 yoga teacher trainings from Pranayama to Pre & Post-natal yoga, Tantric Hatha to Acuyin, with more on the horizon, of course.
Just like I say at the end of all my classes, if you have any questions at all, you’re welcome to come and chat. For you here reading, if you have any questions at all whether it be for attending one of my public classes, workshops and immersions, or discussing collaboration opportunities and the corporate services I provide – please reach out via phone or email.
Looking forward to meeting you on the mat soon!
